We love our little home. When we were house hunting with our amazing realtor (Pam Wyatt www.nashvillerealestate.com), she completely surprised us by finding a little home in Spring Hill, TN, in one of the best counties in America. We only dreamed of living in Spring Hill, we definitely didn’t think we could fit it into our budget!
There were a few things, however, that I didn’t love about our new home, and the cabinets were one of them. They’re just the standard cheap ones that came in lots of new homes in our price range…and we were unimpressed. So, naturally, we did something about it! I traded one of my clients a beautiful session for improving our cabinets, and we are very happy with them. We also added under counter lighting, but that’s hard to see in the photos. Now our dark Italian theme is complete (see the rest of the new kitchen here), except for the lighting and creating a bar top, which will take some saving up! If you know anyone who wants to trade services for those too, call me up!

What do you think?! I love the dark brown! It brings a higher quality feel to it, makes our counters look nicer, and is perfect with our new decor! Again, I know the photos are icky, but I wanted to get a panoramic! So deal. 🙂
