Has this ever happened to you? You’re meeting someone for the first time, getting along great, calling them by their wrong name? Oops… finding out you’ve been saying the wrong thing the whole time is a little embarrassing. I know, well, because that happened to me with this precious newborn! I was calling her the wrong name several times until her mom let me know…
In my defense, that was the original name they were going to call her, but they switched it to Cameron when she was born, and I didn’t double check. No harm, I doubt she’s going to remember it or get confused, but still. Awkward!
After that little episode, the session went so well. We got the room really really hot, everyone was sweating, and before I knew it, I was the only person with Cameron in the room! I always prepare for the heat, so I had a tank top on and had kicked off my shoes, and we had a grand old time together, snapping away. She posed exactly as I wanted, all asleep and cuddly, and I was excited that the whole session would be a surprise to mommy and daddy. Here are some of my favorites.
